R.K. Bhatnagar, did his graduation from UCMS, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India, Delhi University in 1978 and Post Graduation in Pathology from PGIMER, Chandigarh (UT) in 1982. He Published number of articles in National & International Journals. He also published a parasitology book with Prof. S.C. Paija & two scientism books. He read pathology papers and presented posters in Indian Association of Pathologists & Microbiologist conferences all over India. He also won two best paper scientific awards from JIPMER, scientific society in Pathology. He is a member of the Indian Association of Pathology and Microbiology, the Indian Association of Cytologists & Editor-in-chief of the Indian Journal of Pathology: Research & Practice. He was a professor of Pathology in JIPMER, Puducherry, and Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, under Central Health Services of Govt. of India, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi for 33 years as a Class-I officer. Also, he worked for three years at Kuwait, Saudi-Arabia and Libya as a professor of Pathology. He was a guide and co-guide of post graduate students. He took many pathology projects and worked for social societies also. He conducted hundreds of clinico-pathological autopsies and participated in clinico-pathological conferences. Presently he is working as visiting professor of pathology in various Private-Medical Colleges- Dental Colleges- Homeopathic Colleges- Ayurvedic Colleges and visiting senior consultant in many private hospitals and pathological laboratories.
