IntroductionI am Ms. Harshada Joshi Inamdar, a PhD Scholar in Mental
Health Nursing at Parul University, Gujarat, and currently working as a Nursing
Tutor at MGM College of Nursing, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I have completed my
Master’s in Mental Health Nursing with distinction and also a PG Diploma in
Special Education Needs. I have around 5 years of experience in nursing
education and clinical practice, including experience at Bombay Hospital College
of Nursing and Bombay Hospital, Mumbai.
I have actively participated in and presented papers at
various national and international conferences, workshops, and research
competitions. I have published research and review articles, particularly in
the areas of mental health, nursing education, and chromotherapy. I have also
received recognition for my academic and professional achievements, including
Outstanding Educator of the Year 2026 and securing 1st rank in M.Sc. Nursing.
My areas of interest are mental health nursing, research, nursing education,
and innovative therapeutic approaches. I am passionate about continuous
learning, research, and contributing to the advancement of nursing education
and patient care.
