Dr. Neetu Rani Dhiman is an eminent neuro-physiotherapy
academician, clinician, and researcher with over 12
years of experience in
neurological, vestibular, and paediatric rehabilitation. She has completed both
her Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Vertigo,
the highest academic qualification and Ph.D.
in Neuro-Physiotherapy from
the prestigious Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu
University (BHU), Varanasi, in addition to holding an MPT
in Neurology.
She is
a highly skilled rehabilitation expert with advanced clinical and scientific
expertise in the management of stroke, myelopathies, neuromuscular disorders,
paediatric neurological conditions, vertigo, and balance disorders.
She is recognized for integrating evidence-based practice with compassionate
patient care and for her leadership in advancing neurological
and vestibular rehabilitation through
translational research and innovation. She has successfully conceptualized,
secured, led, and completed multiple national and international research projects,
including Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)
funded studies and BHU-supported projects, many of which were conducted
independently. She has also completed the Basic Course in Biomedical Research,
achieving a 75% score, reflecting strong
competence in research methodology, ethics, and biostatistics.
She has authored
a physiotherapy textbook and
published over 30 peer-reviewed research articles in high-impact, Scopus and PubMed-indexed journals,
with several manuscripts currently under review.
