Introduction


I am Dr. S. Elizabeth Jasmine, a dedicated and highly accomplished professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in the Nursing field, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecological (OBG) Nursing. My journey is defined by a deep commitment to excellence in education, clinical practice, and academic research, all underpinned by my doctoral degree in Nursing. I am currently seeking an opportunity within a high-reputed organization that values continuous professional growth, allowing me to fully leverage my established knowledge base and refine my skill set further. My career objective is firmly centered on utilizing my quest for knowledge and practical skills to contribute significantly to organizational advancement while simultaneously serving the broader societal and national good.

My educational foundation is robust, culminating in a Ph.D. in Nursing, following my M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from Rani Meyyammai College of Nursing. This deep academic rigor supports my sustained professional tenure at Narayana College of Nursing since 2011, demonstrating consistency and dedication. Professionally, I bring a potent mix of competencies, including effective teamwork, flexibility, and a highly valued skill for resolving complex problems into simpler, manageable tasks. I am naturally creative yet maintain a serious, focused approach to all responsibilities, ensuring that both innovative ideas and disciplined execution drive positive outcomes.

My contribution extends beyond the classroom and clinic, as evidenced by my roles as a Resource Person at national and international conferences, where I’ve presented on critical topics like "Innovation and Collaboration" and "Clinical Sequelae of COVID-19 Survival." My research aptitude is confirmed by being a guide for undergraduate research and the author of nearly 20 publications across various esteemed nursing journals, focusing on areas from Maternal Near Miss to Quality Assurance. My primary areas of professional interest, Research & Development and Quality Assurance, align perfectly with my past experience as a NAAC Coordinator and my overarching goal: to secure a leadership role where my passion for advancing nursing knowledge can have the greatest institutional and professional impact.
