I am a dedicated and motivated nursing professional with a B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology. My academic journey has provided me with strong theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of nursing care, particularly in maternal and women’s health. I have demonstrated consistent academic performance throughout my nursing education and have a strong interest in teaching, research, and professional development. My professional experience includes working as a Nursing Tutor at Shree Swaminarayan R.P. Badiyani and S.R. Badiyani Institute of Nursing, Porbandar. During this experience, I developed skills in teaching, communication, student guidance, academic activities, and participation in health-day celebrations and extracurricular activities. My B.Sc. Nursing experience was from 1/12/2022 to 30/11/2023, followed by my M.Sc. Nursing experience from 1/12/2025 to 10/07/2026. Currently, I am working as a Nursing Tutor at KD Institute of Nursing Sciences from 1st August onwards, contributing to nursing education and student development. I have also actively participated in professional development programs, including an FDP on “Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Nursing Education and Research Methodology,” which enhanced my understanding of emerging technologies and their application in nursing education and research. I also attended an FDP on “From Ideas to Innovation,” which supported my knowledge of developing ideas into innovative practices. These learning experiences have strengthened my interest in continuous professional growth, innovation, research, and modern teaching approaches. I consider good communication, teamwork, leadership, self-motivation, positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn as important qualities in my professional life. My specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology has strengthened my interest in maternal and reproductive healthcare. I aim to continue enhancing my knowledge, teaching abilities, research skills, and professional competencies while contributing meaningfully to nursing education and the nursing profession.
