Dr. L. Eilean V. Lazarus is an accomplished, results-driven Nursing Professional and Educator with a solid career spanning over 16 years in clinical, academic, and administrative roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing (2010) and an M.Sc. Nursing (Medical Surgical Nursing - Super Specialized in Renal Nursing) (2001),demonstrating a deep focus on critical care and nephrology.She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Nursing at the College of Nursing, Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), Muscat, Oman, a position she has held since September 2013. Prior to this, she spent nearly 12 years in various academic and teaching roles (Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Reader/Associate Professor) at Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai.
