Mrs. Dharitri Swain is a highly experienced and dedicated nursing leader, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG) Nursing. She holds an M.Sc. Nursing (OBG) from Dr. M.V. Shetty Institute of Health Sciences, Mangalore (2007), and a B.Sc. Nursing from Berhampur University (2001).She currently holds the esteemed position of Assistant Professor (Principal In-charge) at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar, where she has served since March 2013. Her career includes extensive teaching and leadership roles, having previously served as an Assistant Professor (HOD) at SUM Nursing College and L.J.M. College of Nursing in Bhubaneswar. Her total teaching experience spans 10 years (7 years at the postgraduate level).
