Dr. Damanpreet Kaur is an Associate Professor with 15 years of teaching experience at Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. She has published over 30 research papers in international journals and presented papers at various National and International conferences. Several of her research papers and book chapters have been published in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals. She holds expertise in soft skills training, student development, and academic coordination, making her a vital contributor to institutional excellence. She has been the editor of 3 books and author of 3 books, and many are in process. She has served as a reviewer for several prestigious national and international journals. She has been honoured as the Session chair of various National and International Conferences. Her editorial contributions have supported the publication of quality research and provided a platform for emerging scholars.
