My self Pooja Chand Working as Assistant Professor ,Surajmal University College of Nursing Kichha Udham Singh Nagar.  I possess a strong combination of skills in nursing practice, teaching, research, and computer applications, which enables me to contribute effectively to both academic and clinical environments. My nursing skills include providing safe and compassionate patient care, maintaining accurate nursing records, monitoring patients’ conditions, assisting in clinical procedures, administering medications as prescribed, and following infection prevention and control practices. I understand the importance of effective communication, teamwork, ethical practice, and maintaining patient confidentiality in delivering quality nursing care.  In the area of nursing teaching, I have an interest in developing students’ theoretical knowledge as well as their practical and clinical skills. I can explain nursing concepts in a clear and simple manner and encourage students to participate actively in learning. I am familiar with teaching methods such as classroom lectures, demonstrations, discussions, case studies, group activities, and clinical teaching. I also believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, develop confidence, and connect theoretical knowledge with practical nursing situations. I can assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and student assessments. I also have an interest in nursing research and evidence-based practice. I understand the basic steps of the research process, including identifying a research problem, reviewing relevant literature, developing objectives, collecting and organizing data, and interpreting findings. I appreciate the role of research in improving nursing practice, patient outcomes, and the quality of nursing education. I am willing to develop my research skills further and apply evidence-based knowledge in clinical and academic settings. In addition, I have good computer knowledge and can use computers for academic, administrative, and professional activities. I am comfortable with common applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for preparing documents, presentations, data organization, and educational materials. I can also use the internet and online resources to search for academic information, nursing literature, and educational materials. Overall, my skills in nursing, teaching, research, and computer applications help me work in an organized, professional, and responsible manner. I am committed to continuous learning and to improving my knowledge and skills for the benefit of students, patients, and the nursing profession.
