Introduction


The author Dr. Anannya Chakraborty is presently working in Seacom Skills University as an assistant professor. She has completed her BSc. (Ag), MSc. And Ph.D in Agricultural Extension from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. She has got the UGC NET JRF award in 2017 and qualified ICAR NET twice. She has authored 24 research papers and 3 book chapters so far. Dr. Chakraborty has authored and co-authored 5 books in the domain of Agricultural Extension. She has successfully guided 2 research scholars in completing their MSc. Dissertation. Nine national and international conferences has been attended by the author as of now, in which she has bagged 2 best paper awards. She has delivered 2 radio talks on community development and regularly writes articles in regional news papers on agriculture and allied topics.
