Dr. Aniket Vinod Deshmukh is a Mechanical Engineering professional with a strong foundation in Thermal Engineering. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.E. in Thermal Engineering, and a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. His interdisciplinary academic interests span energy systems, thermal management, and applied economics in engineering. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, Dr. Deshmukh is presently serving as an Assistant Professor at Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology & Research, Badnera. He has taught a diverse range of subjects including Power Plant Engineering, Automation, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Python Programming, Business Economics, Engineering Economics, and Financial Management. His integrated approach connects technical knowledge with economic viability and industrial applications. His research output includes 22 patents filed, 15 journal publications (11 international, 3 national), and 4 conference papers. His contributions address thermal energy storage, renewable energy integration, and cost-effective system designs. He has also guided numerous PG projects on solar thermal systems, thermoelectric coolers, vertical wind turbines, and battery cooling units for electric vehicles. Dr. Deshmukh has actively participated in 14 FDPs, 5 STTPs, and has coordinated AICTE-sponsored programs. He is involved in key institutional roles such as ERP coordination, feedback systems, autonomy exam conduction, and practical exam management. Alongside his technical pursuits, he brings a refined understanding of engineering economics, capital budgeting, and project cost analysis—skills that enrich his academic and administrative contributions. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Dr. Deshmukh continues to integrate research, teaching, and institutional leadership to drive innovation and sustainability in engineering education.
