I'm Dr. Amandeep Kaur Bajwa, a professor at Sri Guru Ram Das College of Nursing, which falls under the esteemed Sri Guru Ram Das University of Health Sciences. Since 2003, I've had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students, and I must say, it's an incredible job that brings me immense joy. What I love most is witnessing the positive impact I can have on someone's life, especially when they're struggling with stress or feeling down.With over 25 years of experience in teaching and clinical practice, I've developed a passion for creating a supportive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, empathy, and excellence in nursing practice. My expertise lies in psychiatry, and I'm committed to delivering high-quality patient care, staying updated with the latest advancements in my field, and promoting health and well-being through evidence-based treatment. I've also had the opportunity to contribute to various national and international publications, which has helped me stay current with the latest developments in nursing education.As an educator, I believe in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate, explore new ideas, and develop the confidence to become competent and compassionate nurses. I'm eager to continue contributing to the academic excellence of my institution and guiding the next generation of nurses.
