I am Dr.
Aaftab G.P., currently working as Associate Professor at Department of
Microbiology in Navodaya Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Raichur.
I completed my MBBS from AMCH Bijapur and MD from the prestigious KMCRI Hubli
under RGUHS. I have been an active speaker and facilitator in various inter
departmental seminars and symposiums ever since my post graduate studentship
days. I have published more than 12 research articles in various international
and national peer reviewed, indexed journals. I am a guide for undergraduate
students for RGUHS STS projects and ICMR student research projects. I am also a
consultant clinical microbiologist and Hospital Infection Control Officer with
special area of interest in antimicrobial resistance.
