I have been serving as Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, since February 2015. My academic and research work broadly covers agricultural economics, agribusiness management, and agricultural marketing, with contributions to research projects and agribusiness model development aimed at improving market efficiency, transparency, and farmers’ income. I hold a Master of Agribusiness Management from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and a Ph.D. on the Performance of the Agriclinics and Agribusiness Centres (ACABC) Scheme, focusing on agribusiness models and constraints faced by trained agricultural graduates. I have authored four academic manuals, published five-plus books, and contributed over 80 publications, including research articles, book chapters, and popular articles. I have participated in more than 35 national and international academic events and hold lifetime membership in leading professional bodies. I also serve as an editorial board member and reviewer for several national and international peer-reviewed journals.
