This qualitative article explores the significant psychological effect of misinformation and conspiracy theories on individual mental health. Through a review of recent literature and thematic analysis, the study identifies critical areas of mental disturbance, including anxiety, distrust, paranoia, and Cognitive overload. It also addresses the social consequences of wide spread misinformation during global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The article offers evidence from internal case studies and scholarly sources to emphasize the Urgency of combating of misinformation through public education, media literacy, and psychological resilience programs.

The integration of technology into mental health nursing has revolutionized the provision, accessibility, and continuity of psychiatric care. Advancements such as telepsychiatry, mobile mental health applications, and electronic health records (EHRs) have fundamentally transformed how mental health professionals assess, treat, and communicate with patients. Telepsychiatry enables nurses and psychiatrists to reach individuals in remote or underserved areas, ensuring that mental health services are no longer limited by geographic or institutional barriers. Similarly, the increasing use of mobile mental health apps empowers patients to participate actively in self-management, symptom tracking, and therapeutic engagement, thereby fostering autonomy and treatment adherence. The implementation of EHRs has enhanced the coordination of care by allowing seamless information sharing among multidisciplinary teams, improving accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making in psychiatric nursing practice. Despite these benefits, the integration of digital technology also presents ethical, professional, and operational challenges. Issues such as data security, patient confidentiality, digital literacy, and maintaining therapeutic rapport in virtual environments remain critical considerations for nurses. Furthermore, disparities in access to technology often referred to as the “digital divide” can exacerbate existing inequities in mental health care. To address these concerns, mental health nurses must balance technological competence with empathy, ethical integrity, and cultural sensitivity. Overall, the use of technology in mental health nursing represents a significant evolution in the profession, offering new opportunities to enhance patient outcomes while emphasizing the continued importance of human connection in digital care delivery.

Juvenile delinquency poses a significant challenge to societies worldwide, reflecting underlying issues within communities and social systems. This research article explores the multifaceted nature of juvenile delinquency, examining its primary factors, secondary influences, and preventive measures. Drawing on a comprehensive review of literature and empirical evidence, the study highlights the complex interplay of individual, family, social, economic, cultural, legal, and technological factors contributing to delinquent behavior among youth. Special attention is given to the evolving impact of technology, particularly cyber influences, on patterns of juvenile delinquency. Moreover, the article outlines a range of preventive measures and interventions aimed at addressing delinquency, including early intervention programs, school-based initiatives, community-based initiatives, and justice system reforms. By providing a comprehensive overview of the causes and consequences of juvenile delinquency, as well as strategies for prevention and intervention, aimed at promoting positive youth development and reducing delinquent behavior in society.

Mobile technology has emerged as a transformative tool in the management of craving and relapse among individuals with substance use disorders. Craving is a dynamic and multidimensional experience that often precedes relapse, yet traditional clinic-based assessments fail to capture its real-time fluctuations. This narrative review explores how smartphone applications, wearable sensors, and digital health platforms enhance craving management through continuous monitoring, Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA), and automated interventions. Mobile tools offer immediate coping strategies, personalized feedback, and predictive analytics using digital biomarkers such as sleep patterns, location data, and behavioral changes. These echnologies present significant opportunities, including early detection of relapse risk, improved treatment engagement, greater accessibility, and enhanced self-management. However, challenges such as privacy concerns, limited user adherence, ethical implications of passive monitoring, and variability in app quality must be addressed to ensure safe and effective implementation. Mental health and addiction nurses play a crucial role in integrating these technologies into clinical practice and guiding patients in their use. Overall, mobile echnology holds considerable promise for advancing craving management and supporting long-term recovery, provided that its limitations are carefully managed and future innovations prioritize ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered approaches.

This article tries to explore and understand the depth of caste based emotions in the electoral psyche of Bihar. It draws on historical, psychological, and empirical evidence to show how caste continues to be a dominant factor in shaping voter behavior. The study highlights how caste based identity, social memory, and emotional affiliations influence democratic choices and voting trends in Bihar.
