Intellectual property (IP) nurtures and encourages innovation and creativity, for this reason every individual must be aware about Intellectual property and Intellectual property Act. In any society innovation and creativity contributes towards cultural and economic development. We know that Intellectual Property (IP) refers to such property which has both moral and commercial value that comes out from the human intellect that may be a creation of human minds, inventions, copyrights on musical, literary, dramatic, artistic works and symbols, names, images used in commerce etc’. IP is important almost in every part of our modern life. Government of India is taking many initiatives to spread awareness about Intellectual Property Rights among the people. In academic world Intellectual Property Right is a very commonly used term now a day. It is expected that the academic world involved in teaching-learning and research should have awareness on Intellectual Property Rights. In this research article an attempt has been made to have a glimpse on the awareness level on Intellectual Property Rights among the rural and urban college teachers of West Bengal. For this survey based qualitative approach has been adopted.

In today's information age, computers play a significant role. Education, in particular, benefits greatly from their efforts, as they have a significant impact on both the quality of instruction and the quality of student learning. E-learning, virtual classrooms, and other innovative learning paradigms have been introduced thanks to this technology. Access to classrooms and materials from remote networks is now possible thanks to this feature. A major focus of this study is on the integration of computer technology and information into the educational system in rural India. Nowadays, information technology is critical in virtually every aspect of daily life. Computer and information technologies have unquestionably had a significant impact on our educational system. The teaching and learning process has been improved by the use of various technologies. Our educational system is more engaging and effective because of the use of modern technology. The government can save a significant sum of money on teacher education programmes by including ICT. Furthermore, resource personnel for training can be the greatest in the world, which can lead to significant improvements in quality.

Human population is increasing from past years till now; on comparing from the data available World population has increased to seven folds in the duration of past two centuries. This leads to put an extra pressure on nature and available natural resources. The population explosion is one of the effect of improved health services that has decline the mortality rate significantly. Media play very important role in dissimilation of information related to mushroom cultivation. Present paper aim is to discuss the status of mushroom cultivation in India and role of media in Mushroom Cultivation.
