Poverty in India is a serious problem for which many poverty eradication programs have been run by the government time to time. Pradhan Mantri Gram SadakYojana (PMSGY) is one of them which are defined in term of ‘road connectivity’ for rural poor remedies by policy makers. A successful steps has been made to lessen the poverty by connecting the rural area through PMSGY. The objective of this study is to understand the realism of PMSGY in rural development. Under this study, an attempt has been made to get the impact and how much this program has been supportive in increasing the income and employment opportunities for non-agricultural labourers. The result of this study shows that PMGSY have a significant impact on increasing the employment and income opportunities of the people. This study will contribute the role of the road connectivity in the rural employment and income opportunities.

Human dignity and sanitation are related in terms of being able to access a safe, hygienic as well as easy toilet facility. The study examines the trend and growth of availability and type of latrine facility in Indiain 2001 and 2011and growth of Individual Household Latrines during the period 2013-14 to 2016-17 in India. The objectives of the present study are: 1. To study the need and importance of sanitation and latrine-use. 2. Tofind out theavailability and type of latrine facility in Indiain 2001 and 2011 3. To evaluate the growth of Individual Household Latrines during the period 2013-14 to 2016-17 in India and 4. To assess the trend and growth of availability and type of latrine facility in Indiain 2001 and 2011and growth of Individual Household Latrines during the period 2013-14 to 2016-17 in India. In order to analyse the trend and growth of availability and type of latrine facility in Indiain 2001 and 2011and growth of Individual Household Latrines during the period 2013-14 to 2016-17 in India, percentage methods, co-efficient of variations, linear trend and compound growth rate have used. The secondary data collected through the internet, books, newspaper, journals records and brochures from 2013-14 to 2016-17. It is inferredthatthe trend coefficient was found to be statistically significant for availability and type of latrine facility and growth of Individual Household Latrines in India. It indicates, on average, it had increased by 8.1 percent for availability and type of latrine facility and 7.7 percent for Individual Household Latrines per annum. The growth rates are found to be 7.214 percent, and 4.811 percent for availability and type of latrine facility and growth of Individual Household Latrines in India.The value of R2 indicates that the availability and type of latrine facility (0.635), and Individual Household Latrines (0.554) explain variations independent variablesto the extent of 64percent, and 55percent respectively.

The instructional strategies of Cloud Computing in Education have multifarious benefits to both teachers and students. They can employ Cloud Computing as a means of storing and sharing information valuable for teaching and learning and also for management. The major objective of the study was to assess the influence of Cloud Computing in Education in improving English among B.Ed students. In this study, 30 B.Ed bottom level performers were selected as sample by using purposive sampling technique. It was an experimental study with Single Group Pretest-Treatment-Posttest design. For implement in Cloud Computing Instructional Strategies, a Cloud Computing Based Instructional Package consisting of English language enhancement activities was developed and used as intervention. From the analysis of data by using “t” test, it was found that the Cloud Computing in Education has significantly enhanced English language of the B.Ed students in reading, speaking, listening and writing skills.

When ASHAs were introduced in NRHM in 2005, their primary aim was to visit homes of newborns as the first program in UP operated through the ASHAs was the Comprehensive Child Survival Program in 2008. Since then, tracking of all deliveries and all the newborns are an integral part of the work of ASHAs in all the primary health care programs operated by the NHM in UP (GOI, 2005, GOUP, 2013). The current article examines the role and work of ASHAs through the responses of the mothers of newborns at district level. Evaluation studies on the performance of ASHAs was done since 2011 as by then ASHAs had actually worked in the field for a minimum period of 5 years. It is to be noted that National Rural Health Mission was rolled out in April 2005 but it took about one to two years for the states to hire ASHAs and put things in place right from the state to the village level (GOUP, 2013). In this article, a comprehensive feedback is elicited from the Recently Delivered Women on bathe and weight of their newborn as part of newborn care program at the district level. The current study explores some of the crucial variables on the home-based newborn care activities like bathing and weighing of the newborn response of mothers of newborns on newborn care. Bathing and weighing of newborn in child health programs is a critical component and the current article follows up the role of ASHAs in Home Based Newborn Care program through the response of the mothers. The mothers were selected as respondents as they were the selected mothers from the list of mothers available with their ASHAs at the time of survey. The relevance of the study assumes significance as data on the details of the bathing of newborn in days and weighing component of child health and newborn are not included in many surveys. Further, response details from the mothers on these two components are usually not collected in many studies/surveys. Such responses that collect actual actions on the bathing and weighing thereby indirectly assessing the work and approach of ASHAs including their awareness on the programs related to weighing and bathing are not the focus in very large-scale health surveys. Such response on these two activities of newborn care through the work of ASHAs in the current implemented programs do not come under the ambit of many social studies or surveys. The surveys gain more teeth when the response is solicited from the horse’s mouth like the current article. A total of four districts of Uttar Pradesh were selected purposively for the study and the data collection was conducted among the mothers in the respective districts. A pre-tested structured and in-depth interview schedule was used with close-ended questions. These in-depth interview schedule collected descriptive details as responded by mothers. The quantitative data were conducted amongst the mothers and a total of 500 respondents participated in the study. The results reflected that regarding bathing of the newborn for the first time after birth. as per the response of the RDWs across the 4 districts, majority of them had bathed their baby on the 3rd day after birth. On the activity of weighing their newborns, most of the RDWs in the 4 districts replied that their newborn was weighed. As per the mother child card, most of the newborns across the four districts had 3 kilograms as their recorded weight in the card. Regarding recall of weight of the newborns by their mothers, it was evident that the ASHAs in Saharanpur discussed the weight of the newborn with the RDWs but in the other three districts it was not discussed and hence none of the RDWs were able to recall the weight of their newborn.

The Perception of teachers towards Cybergogy will be an effort to maximize the learning objectives in the classroom. The present study was conducted to investigate Cybergogy awareness among teacher trainees studying at Government Teachers College, Addalaichenai. A normative survey method was adopted on a sample of 200 teacher trainees selected by stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected by using Cybergogy Perception Scale and Personal Information Schedule. The major findings of the study have revealed that there exists a significant difference in perception of Cybergogy among teacher trainees with respect to gender.
