This review describes about motor control approach. Indications, rationale, stages, uses and procedure of motor control exercises is explained in detail. Also motor control Mechanism is important to understand as it explains the need of motor control exercises in physiotherapy.

Lower limb Defects were encountered by the plastic surgeons most commonly in the practise. The management and reconstruction of complex lower limb defects needs a multidisciplinary team approach. A multidisciplinary team has successfully adopted advanced reconstructive methods combined with modalities from regenerative medicine to enhance the results of difficult reconstruction. These procedures, known as "Hybrid reconstruction ladder," combine conventional reconstruction techniques with regenerative medicine applications. This review article provides a summary of the benefits of using a hybrid reconstruction ladder to create a healthy wound bed and reconstruction in a case of Lower limb defect reconstruction.

Enablement is a professional intervention that aims to recognize, promote and enhance people's capacity to have control on their health and life. The aim of enablement is to provide healthcare from health care providers to the patients that helped them to strengthen their abilities and improve theirown health conditions. There can be betterment in one's health and quality of life through self efficacy benefits and developing self care skills.

Electrical burns constitute 3–5% of all burn cases. In developing countries, this ratio increases up to 21–27% and the mortality rate is reported to be between 3.75% and 58.8%. Most of the acute burns are life threatening initially which require resuscitation and require various types of surgical interventions such as eschar excision or split-thickness skin grafting, depending on the size, location and depth of the lesion. In this case we will assess the role of INTEGRA in the scalp electrical burns. INTEGRA is a manufactured acellular dermal regeneration template composed of a bilaminate sheet of cross-linked bovine tendon collagen and shark glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin-6-sulfate) with a silicone sheet cover.
