Background: Coronary Artery Disease is on the increase. Management within guideline indicated early apt treatment is critical for successful outcomes.

Methods: 50 year old male who presented with chest pain at a peripheral out-patient clinic. The past medical history was not significant and his risk factors were age, gender and tobacco use. An electrocardiogram revealed diagnosis of ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction,and thrombolysis with streptokinase was administered at the clinic as primary angioplasty was not accessible.

Conclusion: Thrombolysis treatment when offered at the first point of medical contact, is a life saver and is the accepted standard management. All medical facilities should be equipped with necessary medication to treat acute coronary syndromes.

We are facing the worst pandemic of this 21st century in form of corona virus disease or COVID 19. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), initially presented as respiratory system disorders, but later on COVID-19 has been revealed to adversely related the cardiovascular system resulting to myocardial injury and dysfunction of endothelium mainly via the angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE-2) receptor.1 COVID-19 affects the cardiovascular system in manner of both the short term by acute injury and long term by the chronic consequences. Seasonally the new variant of COVID 19 are recognizing globally since December 2019.2 Recently new variant like Omicron variant found with multiple mutant spikes which may be highly toxic or virulent. We are going to review our focus, scanning and realizing to update acute and chronic cardiovascular complications of COVID 19. Emergence of new variants and time being delay until herd immunity will be alarming for managing consequences of acute viral infection, however many vaccines are available, and mostly population are vaccinated for protection from different variants for future survival.3 Approach of an integrated health system with COVID 19 behaviour, integrated yoga approach for better immunity and vaccines are hopeful weapons to fight COVID 19 era followed by gene therapy or stem cell therapy for good future to avoid long term cardio vascular complications.4,5

Venous ulcers are common chronic leg ulcers that do not heal despite optimum wound-care practises. Pain and chronic/recurrent nature of venousulcer, poor quality of life, and poor outcome have significant negative impact on health, psyche and social life. Hence there is a need for exploration of effective techniques for healing of venous ulcers. In this article we report the manner in which we have explored various methods for augmentation of healing of venous ulcer such as hemoglobin spray, insulin therapy, vitamin D granule therapy, prolotherapy, low level laser therapy for wound bed preparation, heterografting with collagen and biosilk, hydrojet debridement, sucralfate therapy, RONPWT and finally split thickness skin grafting.

Wound healing is an array of planned steps in a sequence which includes inflammation, proliferation and remodelling. Wound healing depends on growth factors, cytokines, interleukins, etc. There is no well established method that accelerates wound healing. In this article we report how we have managed a case of post traumatic amputation stump who had developed iatrogenic SVC thrombosis, using different regenerative methods like the autologous platelet rich plasma, insulin therapy, prolotherapy, low level laser therapy for augmenting in wound healing. We also successfully managed SVC thrombosis during the hospital course. In this article we also discuss about the role of prolotherapy in wound healing.
