Museums may apply intangible heritage to improve their visitors have a better grasp of the subject matter. Museums may bridge the gap between themselves and their non-visitors with the aid of physical and intangible cultural assets, respectively. Identifying, documenting, and representing intangible components of a museum's collections is essential for this purpose. Museums may encourage towns, organizations, and people to conserve their intangible cultural heritage by displaying it in their permanent collections. With local communities' assistance, museums may regularly organize exhibitions and educational events such as gallery tours, seminars, conferences, and workshops. In their ecological pockets within their definite geographical areas, various ethnic groups from different regions exist, each with their own micro-cultural identity and bio-cultural diversity, vital in determining and recognizing a particular ethnic group through their identity. This article also provides an overview of the significant museums in central India. Moreover, it seeks to focus on the role played by museums in raising cultural awareness about art and culture in India.

India is an agrarian country where agriculture provides a principle means of livelihood for about 60% of the country’s population. In many developing countries, agriculture forms the major economic output is dependence on cheaper crop protection agents like pesticides for the greater field. This leads to the probability of the persistence of pesticide residue in various ecosystems. In India, the use of synthetic pesticides has started in 1948. Among the various pesticides, Endosulfan belongs to the organochlorine group under the cyclodiene subgroup of organochlorine insecticides. It was introduced in the year 1950 and emerged as a leading chemical used against a broad spectrum of insects and mites in agriculture and allied sectors as a pesticide. It is one of the Stockholm listed persistent organochlorine pesticides, which was widely used in India against various pests of agriculture and plantation crops. Its low solubility limits are biodegradation in the water and soil. It is acutely toxic and has been implicated in many cases of poisoning, fatalities, and chronic effects including cancer and impacts on hormonal systems, etc. Indian history has witnessed many tragic events related to pesticides and other hazardous chemical usages by taking into account health conditions. The hazardous toxic chemical compound of Endosulfan resulted in many health complications on human beings, animals, and the environment. It calls for the interventions as many studies emphasizing the need for special attention from the government agencies and voluntary organizations to improve the overall health status of the Endosulfan pesticide affected victims.

An ethnographical research allow the researchers an opportunity to explore the areas of interest and qualitative research in more details and providing special attention for the particularly causes, order and purposes of behaviors and events. Ethnography plays an important role in qualitative studies like anthropological, sociological, archeological and other studies. It also helps in understanding the reason behinds many elements of human behavior and their social events. The present review article is focused on the ethnography related qualitative research and looking for the its history, background, types, tools and techniques, methods of study, approaches as well as how the facts are collected by the method of participatory observation, etc. This paper is trying to understanding the contribution made by various anthropologists in the field of ethnography studies. It is noted that t the ethnography as a subject that describes any society and groups on the basis of facts based on fieldwork. This method was first studied by Tyler with residents of Mexico for a period of six months. Another American classical evolutionary anthropologist, L. H. Morgan also studied about the culture of Iraqvis Indians. Thus ethnography was introduced, which is a major part of anthropology. Among various anthropologists, such as Bronislaw Malinowski (1914–1918) who studied the social rules, laws and beliefs of that society by participatory observation among the Troviyand Islanders of Malaysia, Morgan studied the games, dances, and beliefs of Iraqi Indians through the interview method. Radcliffe Brown also came to India between (1906-1908) and collected facts about the culture of the 'Onge tribe' of the Andaman and Nicovar islanders through participatory observation, and interview method. Similarly, the ethnography of Neo-Buddhists was done by the researcher through semiparticipatory observation, in-depth interviews and personal study. Some major approaches are used to study anthropology. For example, holistic approach, comparative approach, ethnographic and historical approach, on the basis of which the facts are collected by studying a group and community. Apart from this, the informant and researcher also have perspectives which are called emic and etic perspectives, on the basis of which there is a need to see the local people from their own point of view. Collecting the facts under the law Such as participatory observation, in-depth interviews and personal study. These methods play an important role in gathering the facts with direct clarity so it seeks to answer the reasoning behind human behavior and social phenomena.

Population ageing, which implicate an increasing share of elderly persons in a population, represents an unprecedented global demographic transformation and expected to intensify as the twenty first century progresses. The biomedical view, ageing related to physical and mental deterioration of people. Morbidities endured by understanding the sustainability and curable factors. The imbalance occurred due to the very fact that what problems previously endured due to the medical advancement and often cured today. However, somewhere there is blurred line existing between these two important aspects of elderly health i.e. between curing and enduring the issues. In the existing scientific literature, the two commonest concepts discussed and reported are medicalization and bio-medicalization. However, the opposite concept contradicting to the abovementioned concepts operationalized and defined as demedicalization. The paper discussed the present issues of gerontology and knowledge on elder healthcare through available literature review.
