Domestic Violence against women in India is a problem rooted in social norms and economic dependence, feminine, Fatalism, domestic violence, sexual harassment and other forms of gender-based violence are real life of most Indian girls and women. Wife beating affects the physical and psychological well-being of abused women, Also those of their children. Women's participation in public life is increasing and laws are changing, but India is still one. Indian women have a long way to go to become equal citizens in their country. Many women are treated violently in our society. Intimate partners while they suffer in silence. In some cases, domestic violence also leads to the deaths of these women. It is assumed that this paper discusses the meaning, causes, types of domestic violence, and the aftermath of these types of violence. Abused woman. Additionally, the paper describes how to address this threat to women and the role they play. It is performed by social workers, professionals, and other voluntary organizations in providing interventions to affected individuals. Finally, recommendations were made to eradicate domestic violence from society.

The Lok-Adalat is one of techniques for the ADR instrument. There is no court charge dispensed when a matter is recorded in a Lok Adalat. The Member Secretary of State Legal Services Authority puts together the Lok Adalat occasionally for comprising the seats of the Lok Adalat. The Secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee would address seats of the Lok Adalat, each seat involve a sitting or resigned judge of the Great Court. In India, the fate of abandoned or parentless children rests upon the shoulders of the government, necessitating intervention when familial care is absent. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, concerns have escalated regarding the rising number of children orphaned or
abandoned due to the crisis. Recent media reports have underscored the fluctuating estimates of these vulnerable children, indicating a worrying trend. Drawing from data provided by the Ministry of Women and Child Development and the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, a retrospective analysis reveals a staggering 1,742 children losing both parents during the pandemic period. However, this number likely under represents the true extent of the issue, with ongoing data compilation processes across states. Remarkably, of the 9,346 children affected during the same timeframe, only a mere 3.9% resided in institutional care, emphasizing the reliance on guardians, family members, or surviving parents for support. A Retrospective Web Metanalysis conducted between July 2020 and July 2023 delved into the impact of COVID-19 on parentless children, highlighting the urgency for comprehensive
policy interventions.

This research endeavors to influence national policies concerning the care and support of    vulnerable children, advocating for direct financial assistance to mitigate their hardships. By addressing these challenges, the aim is to ensure a brighter future for these children, facilitating their integration into nurturing environments where they can flourish despite adversity.

The doctrine of proportionality is a legal principle that aims to balance competing interests in situations where fundamental rights are at stake. In India, the right to privacy is a fundamental right that has been recognized by the Supreme Court. The scope and ambit of the doctrine of proportionality with respect to the right to privacy in India are vast and complex. The doctrine of proportionality requires that any infringement on the right to privacy be proportionate to the legitimate aim sought to be achieved by the state. The state must demonstrate that the infringement is necessary and proportionate to the legitimate aim sought to be achieved. The doctrine also requires that the least intrusive means be used to achieve the legitimate aim. In India, the scope of the doctrine of proportionality with respect to the right to privacy has been expanded by the Supreme Court in recent years. The Supreme Court has recognized that the right to privacy is not an absolute right and may be subject to reasonable restrictions. However, any restrictions imposed on the right to privacy must be proportionate and must not be excessive. The ambit of the doctrine of proportionality with respect to the right to privacy in India extends to various aspects of modern life, including surveillance, data protection, and online privacy. The Supreme Court has recognized that the right to privacy extends to informational privacy, which includes the protection of personal data. Overall, the doctrine of proportionality plays a critical role in balancing the competing interests of the state and individuals with respect to the right to privacy in India. It requires the state to demonstrate that any infringement on the right to privacy is necessary and proportionate to the legitimate aim sought to be achieved.

The aim of this research is to analyze and find the ideal concept of consumer protection against forced withdrawals by leasing parties based on fair value. The approach method in this study is empirical juridical, the data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques through analytical descriptions. The results of the study found that consumer protection against forced withdrawals by leasing parties was not fair, forced withdrawals of debtors' vehicles often occurred in practice, causing negative impacts in the form of objections, or resistance in the field. Consumer protection against forced withdrawals by leasing parties based on the value of justice, by reconstructing Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Article 4 letter e.

The Government of the Indonesian State protects the entire Indonesian nation and all of Indonesia's bloodshed, which is manifested through development carried out in all fields, both in the economic, social, cultural, defense and security fields. Procurement of government goods and services is a very important requirement. This study aims to analyze and find the ideal concept of the authority to implement contracts for the procurement of goods/services. The research method used is sociological juridical.
