Arbitration Act, 1996 provides a process where conflicts between parties are sent to a third party who then settles them. The whole debate and discussions are related to the insertion of arbitration clause, and its validity. This article gives more focus on the discussion that whether the tax invoice's clause qualifies as an arbitration clause. The arbitration agreement becomes a crucial component of any agreement if the parties elect to submit their disputes to arbitration. The arbitration agreement or clause is the crucial component of the Arbitration Act, 1996 without whom there is no app/licability of the Arbitration Act as the arbitrator gets its authority from the arbitration agreement or clause. In this article, this question will be solved by the analysis of the case of Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. Applicant v. MAD (India) Pvt. Ltd and various other cases and by testifying it with the help of various tests propounded by the Hon’ble courts. It is hoped that the analysis under this study will help the readers, researchers, and practitioners in understanding the positionthat whether the tax invoice's clause qualifies as an arbitration clause. There remains no confusion in the mind of the above people regarding the conditions of the tax invoice's clause.

Marriage between two people allows them to legally engage in sexual activity. Marriage is the term used to define a sacramental or contractual relationship. Marriage, as mentioned in the definition, legalizes sexual intercourse, implying that any sexual act conducted during the marriage is not prohibited. This equips individuals with the motive to commit marital rape. Marital rape is when a married couple engages in sexual activity without the consent of the wife. This shows how the husband uses the marriage as a permission to sexually torture bride, and then considers it as his right. Indian marriages are considered as the sacred union of two people. It is assumed that after a marriage is solemnized, there is an implied permission to have sexual relations between them. This concept of marriage has been used to hide the harsh reality, such as domestic abuse, marital rape, cruelty, and other grue some and horrible crimes committed against women. There are laws in place to protect women in the country from barbarous crimes like rape, but rape that occurs within marriage has never been protected. The principle of equality is enshrined in our Preamble, but societal pressure on women has shown to be greater than on males. This article focuses on the need of criminalization of marital rape in India whereas the effects and suggestions regarding marital rape. To protect women, the judiciary must take steps to safeguard them. Married women should be treated with respect and not be subjected to sexual abuse or violence. But the truth is that married women does not have legal protection against marital rape.

Legal literacy is commonly understood as knowing the basics of law. Knowledge of law is power and helps self-realization. India, the largest democracy in the world, has an emerging need of generating awareness of rights. Legal literacy is knowing the primary level in law well citizens, particularly, marginalized groups, know what the law has to offer then they can recognize and challenge injustices much more forcefully. The first step towards that knowledge of law which can transform people lives is legal literacy.

As the foundation of the state and the origin of all sources of law, Pancasila is said to serve a purpose. Because Pancasila is truly sediment and crystallization, views, ideas, thoughts, and assumptions that claim that Pancasila is already reflected in norms, such as religious norms, decency, decency, customs, and legal norms, need to be jointly examined. from accepted standards. Using a conceptual approach, the author attempts to investigate the position of values that constitute Pancasila in connection to the formation of national legislation in Indonesia to address issues pertaining to people's daily lives in a nation and state. It necessitates having a conceptual knowledge of what sources of law mean, such as the idea that Pancasila is the origin of all sources of law. It necessitates having a conceptual grasp of what sources of law signify, such as the idea that Pancasila is the origin of all sources of law. The correlation is that legal development must be conceptualized as part of the nation's values, which implies that it must actually originate from the nation's values, if the understanding of Pancasila is built on the values and wisdom of the Indonesian people, both the methodology and epistemology, especially the ontology. In Pancasila, Indonesia came into being. In its final form, the legislation that is founded on Pancasila is meant to reflect justice with an Indonesian ideological bent. It is vital to reinforce fundamental ideological assumptions based on societal social ideals.

Indian women have been treated differently since time immemorial. Even after independence, women were discouraged from doing many things and were deemed as caretakers of the home. Gender pay gap in India refers to the difference in earnings between women and men in the paid employment and labor market. Article 39 envisages that all states ideally direct their policy towards securing equal pay for equal work for both men and women, and also ensuring that men and women have the right to an adequate means of livelihood. Every one has the right to work to free choice of employment to just and favourable condition of work and protection against unemployment. The judiciary can bring important changes in society when the judiciary operates without gender bias and supports gender equality. women’s and men’s earnings may shift slightly each year with each new batch of Census Bureau data, the gender wage gap will not close anytime soon without concerted action. Efforts to close the wage gap must address the varying drivers of it as well as the multitude of biases.
