Lymphangiomas are malformations of the lymphatic system characterized by lesions that are thin-walled cysts. These are caused by development errors of the lymphatic system. The lesions can grow rapidly with infection, trauma or bleeding, resulting in disfigurement as well as severe impairment of respiration, swallow and speech. Treatment includes aspiration, surgical excision, laser and radiofrequency ablation and sclerotherapy. If the lesions are drained, they will rapidly fill back up with fluid. Surgical excision is one of the choices of treatment, but if they are not completely removed in surgery the lesions will grow and increase to a larger size. Lymphangioma can be considered as Lasika sira arbuda (tumour of lymphatic vessels) as per Ayurveda and the line of treatment mentioned in Sushruta is the first 12 upkramas (treatments) of the Shashti Upakramas (Sixty Procedures) of the vrana chikitsa along with internal medications. In this case report, a 7-year old female who presented with complaints of swelling over the right submandibular region, slowly growing in size has been treated with lepa along with shamana oushadhi (internal medicine). After 3 months of treatment there was no swelling at all. This case suggests the utility of lepa along with internal medicine in Lymphangioma

Several scientific studies had proven that yoga has improved pulmonary parameters in healthy as well as diseased individuals. It helps in expansion of vital volume, tidal volume, FeV1, Fev1/FVC Ratio, expiratory reserve volume, breath holding time and numerous other pulmonary parameters. These progressions propose an expected preventive and helpful part of yoga in pulmonary disorders. Past research studies report that numerous individuals with serious respiratory diseases have found solutions in yoga. It has been proven that the yogic research helps in prevention, control and recovery of numerous respiratory illnesses. Yogic techniques such as Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas and meditation helps in improving pulmonary health. Asanas includes Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Matsyasana and Sarpasana; Pranayama includes Anuloma-Viloma, Bhastrika and Bramari; kriyas includes Neti, Dhauti and Kapalabhati; Meditation includes OM meditation and SO-HAM meditation these techniques help in cleansing and enhancing the function of airway epithelium in innate immunity and host defence against chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, emphysema and cystic fibrosis

This research study was conducted to evaluate the Influence of Integrated Yoga Training (IYT) on Physical and Psychological Symptoms of Middle Management Staff of an IT organization. A pre-andpost- research design was adopted for the study. A purposive sample of 20 subjects, out of 34 Yoga practitioners, was drawnfrom T.I. Infotech, Delhi NCR. The subjects selected for the study were homogenous in terms of age (27-34), educational qualification (graduation and plus), socio-economic status and work experience (07-14 years). The subjects were administered on the Mental Health Check List (MHCL) of Pramod Kumar prior to commencement and termination of 30 minutes Yoga intervention of Integrated Yoga Training (IYT) for two months. The data collected and analyzed on Sandler’s ‘A’ test with a significance criterion of alpha = or p< .05. The results shows that after two months of the Yoga training, the subjects differed significantly on both of their Physical Symptoms as well as Psychological Symptoms at p<0.0005, as compared to their pre-experimental stages. This implies that the subjects improved their mental health significantly after two-month practice of Integrated Yoga (IYT)
