Dr. Shivateerthayya Hiremath, (MSc. Nursing (MSN), Ph.D. Nursing) at present working as a Professor cum Vice Principal in Vijaysinh Mohite Patil College of Nursing and Medical Research institute, Akluj, Solapur, Maharashtra, India. He has about more than 14 years of academic experiences in UG and PG Nursing programme. He has previously served as Assistant Professor in MIT Nursing College, Aurangabad, Associate Professor in Soham Institute of Nursing, Ahmedabad, Senior lecturer in Saii college of Medical Science and Technology (SCMAT), Kanpur. He has authored Clinical Record Books of MSN& CHN (BSc Nursing & GNM) and Text books for First Semester BSc. Nursing Students (Applied Psychology & Sociology and Nursing Foundation-I), Nursing Foundation and Medical-Surgical Nursing I & II for GNM students. He has published research articles in various National and International journals. He has participated and presented scientific research Papers in National and International Seminars and conferences. He is an active Editorial Board member and Reviewer of National and International research journals. He is Lifetime member of TNAI, GINRAF,CNRS etc.
