I am Dr. Surajit Bhattacharjee, a researcher and educator with over 13 years of experience in research and more than 9 years of teaching experience. I specialize in Human Physiology, Toxicology, Drug Discovery, Disabilities and Rehabilitation, Immunology, and Microbiology, with focused research on cardiotoxicity mechanisms and ameliorative measures in animal models. My academic journey includes an M.Sc and Ph.D from Tripura University, complemented by BEd degrees (ODL and SEDE). Over the years, I have actively contributed to the scientific community with 14 peer-reviewed journal articles and numerous conference presentations, particularly in the domains of oxidative stress, toxicology, and ethno-medicinal plants. I am privileged to have served as a reviewer for esteemed journals such as Heliyon Journal, Journal of Ethnic Foods, Current Psychology, International Research Journal of Pure and Applied Chemistry and Uttar Pradesh Journal of Zoology. I am also an active member of societies like the Indian Science Congress Association, Physiological Society of India, Indian Society of Cell Biology and Physiological Society of Tripura. In addition to research, I have honed my teaching expertise, focusing on areas such as systems of human body, immunology, and molecular biology. My contributions have been recognized at institutions such as Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya and Sri Krishna Mission School. My passion for advancing science is evident in my involvement in multiple workshops and my commitment to empowering the next generation of learners.
