Introduction


Dr. Anand Kumar Singh- Assistant Professor, Veterinary Medicine I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Veterinary Medicine (LFC) at the College of Veterinary Science, Datia under Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi. I hold a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine with specialization in Veterinary Gynecology & Obstetrics, an M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Medicine, and a B.V.Sc. & A.H., all from the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pantnagar, Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology,  Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have cultivated strong expertise in veterinary clinical medicine, animal health management, and applied research. I have more than 3 year of teaching experience in reputed institutions including the International Institute of Veterinary Education and Research, Rohtak, and Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj. My research work has led to multiple publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals, book chapters, and laboratory manuals. I have also presented lead papers and won awards such as the Best Thesis Award and the Young Scientist Award. My research interests include small and large animal medicine, canine health, poultry and ruminant diseases, and wildlife medicine. I have actively participated in conferences, symposia, and workshops, contributing to knowledge exchange and collaborative growth. In addition, I have authored popular science articles to disseminate veterinary knowledge among farmers and the general public. Beyond academics, I take pride in being an NCC B and C certificate holder, a sports enthusiast, and an active contributor to professional societies such as the Indian Society for Veterinary Medicine and the Indian Society for Advancement of Canine Practitioners. I consider myself an enthusiastic, adaptive, and dedicated professional committed to continuous learning and innovation, with the aim of contributing to both veterinary education and animal health advancement.
