Presently I am (Dr. Chirag Singh) employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Livestock Products Technology at the College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, (DUVASU), Mathura, UP, India. I obtained my Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) degree and Master of Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc.) in Livestock Products Technology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, India, in 2015 and 2017 respectively. I completed my Ph.D. in Livestock Products Technology from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut, India, in September 2023. I have held various academic and professional positions in the field of Livestock Products Technology. I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Livestock Products Technology at Arawali Veterinary College, Sikar, Rajasthan, India, from 16th August 2017 to 26th March 2019. Following that, I worked as an Associate Training Officer at the Aga Khan Foundation, India, from 1st April 2019 to 30th December 2019, where I had responsibilities, such as meat market value chain analysis, conducting training programs, developing educational materials. I also served as a Guest Faculty at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology (SVPUAT), Meerut, India, from 31st January 2020 to April 2020 and most recently, Assistant Professor in Department of LPT in IIVER, Rohtak, Haryana (25th July 2023 to 24th November 2023) Additionally, I have number of publications in reputed journals of food processing or meat processing in particular
