Dr. Rajathi.S. R.NM., M.Sc (Psy)., M.Phil., Ph.D. is a highly accomplished and dedicated nursing academic and administrator with nearly 20 years of total experience, including over 17 years in teaching roles, currently serving as the Vice Principal / HOD of Child Health Nursing at Hindu Mission College of Nursing, Chennai. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Nursing and HIV Interventional Packages, complemented by multiple post-graduate qualifications including an M.Sc. in Nursing, M.A. in Psychology, M.Phil. in Guidance & Counseling, and a P.G. Diploma in Hospital Management and Yoga Education. Her expertise is strongly rooted in Child Health Nursing and Research, evidenced by her role as an Approved Co-Guide and Examiner for Ph.D. scholars, the completion of 18 research projects (11 as Principal Investigator), and an impressive record of 62 publications in indexed national and international journals (Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science).
