Introduction


Ms. Neha is worked at the capacity of Senior Scientific Officer at Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science India. With a background of B.Sc. Life Science, she has learnt the complexities of the human body and biological systems. She has completed her Masters in Forensic Science from LNJN NICFS, (now called as NFSU Delhi Campus) in 2015 with Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology specialization during which she has gained immense knowledge regarding numerous analytical procedures opted for forensic analysis of toxicological and chemical evidence. She has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science from Delhi University and qualified UGC NET in the field of Forensic Science.

She has undergone two months short term training at Forensic Science Laboratory, Rohini, Delhi and All India Institute of Medical Science, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Department during her post-graduation.  Ms. Neha is having more than 6 years of experience in teaching, training, research, module development in the forensic field and has been well versed with various analytical methods and state of art techniques opted for isolation, extraction, separation of various drugs, poisons, and analysis of chemical substances. She has also worked as Junior Research Fellow in Chemistry Department of LNJN NICFS (now called as NFSU Delhi Campus). She has also been a Guest Faculty to different Organizations like SIFS India, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma (ARSD) College, Delhi University and Maharashtra National Law University. She is also a member of National Editorial Board of Journal of Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology, Red Flower Publications India. She has published more than 5 papers in various International and National Journals of repute. She has a vast experience of attending various conferences, webinars of forensic field. Her area of interest includes forensic chemistry ad toxicology, forensic physics, ballistics and fingerprints.
