Introduction

I have over four and a half years of progressive experience in a Forensic Science Laboratory, with specialized expertise in forensic biology and DNA analysis. I began my career as a Forensic Scientific Assistant at SFSL, Jaipur, Rajasthan, serving for 2.6 years, and was later, Senior Scientific Assistant at RFSL, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, a role I have held for the past two years. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in the examination, analysis, and interpretation of biological evidence related to criminal investigations.

My core responsibilities include the examination of blood, semen, saliva, and other biological exhibits, as well as forensic DNA profiling using established laboratory protocols and quality standards. I have hands-on experience in evidence handling, sample processing, DNA extraction, quantification, amplification, and interpretation of DNA profiles for casework. My work has directly supported criminal investigations by providing reliable scientific findings for law enforcement agencies and the judicial system. In addition to laboratory analysis, I have significant experience in crime scene investigation.

Beyond routine casework, I have contributed to capacity building and knowledge sharing within the forensic and law enforcement community. I have conducted training programs for various police officers of Bihar, enhancing their understanding of forensic evidence, biological sample handling, and crime scene management.

I am also actively involved in forensic research and academic contributions. I have published more than ten research articles in reputed scientific journals and have contributed one book chapter in the field of forensic science. These efforts reflect my commitment to continuous learning, scientific advancement, and the application of research to practical forensic casework.
