Introduction


Dr. Karthi Vignesh Raj K was an Ex-senior Medical Officer and an Ex-Senior Resident from the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, 2020- 2023. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, AIIMS Guwahati. He passed his MD in Forensic Medicine (Gold Medal) from JIPMER Puducherry and also topped the DNB exam with a Gold Medal. Dr Raj has over 30 publications to his credit in various journals indexed in PubMed, Scopus, and Index Copernicus. He is also a reviewer in multiple national forensic journals in the country. Dr Raj has won many awards for his paper and poster presentations at various national and regional conferences. His areas of research interest are Forensic pathology, Forensic radiology, and Forensic anthropology, with a motive towards Dignified Management of Dead and Humanitarian Forensics.
