Introduction


Dr. Jay Dhirajlal Modha is a highly accomplished and dedicated Dermatologist, Venereologist, and Leprologist with a strong academic background and significant research experience.He completed his M.B.B.S in 2015 from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, and earned his M.D. in Dermatology,Venereology & Leprosy in 2020 from AMC MET Medical College & LG Hospital, Ahmedabad, both with Distinction.Currently, he is serving as a Senior Resident in the Dermatology Department at AIIMS, Rajkot. Dr. Modha has a robust publication record, featuring several articles in indexed journals like the Indian Journal of Tuberculosis (PUBMED) and RFP Journal of Dermatology, where he is listed as the Corresponding Primary Author for multiple original research and review articles, focusing on topics such as Atopic Dermatitis, Anti-Tubercular therapy induced Cutaneous Adverse Reactions, and Cicatricial Alopecia.His expertise spans both clinical and procedural dermatology, demonstrated by extensive hands-on training in Chemical Peels, PRP, Botulinum Toxin A, Lasers, Hair Transplant (FUE), Acne Scar Revision surgeries, and Vitiligo surgeries. He is also an AHA-certified BLS & ACLS provider.Dr. Modha has been recognized with numerous State and International Awards, including 1st Place in the Resident Quiz at the 4th Aesthetica Asia International Conference, and the Dr. B S Verma PG Thesis Award (2nd Place).
