Introduction


Dr. Govina Dewangan is a highly qualified Veterinary Microbiologist and academician with an expansive career spanning teaching, advanced scientific research, and clinical veterinary services. Born on 10 November 1986, she holds an exceptional academic track record, culminating in a Ph.D. and M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Microbiology—achieving a First Division with Distinction in both. She has successfully cleared the UGC-NET in Social Medicine and Community Health. Professionally, she possesses over 11 years of cumulative experience, notably serving for more than 9.5 years as an Assistant Professor at the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Bilaspur.
