Dr. V.Gopinath, BDS, MDS, MBA, Dip.AID(Italy),FCIP, belongs
to a family of reputed academicians. He is graduated in the year 2000 from Sree
Balaji Dental College and post graduated in the speciality of periodontics in
2004 from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College and Hospital, Chennai, Tamilnadu,
India under Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, the ISO certified and the
second largest Health Sciences University in India. He also pursued his MBA
from Karnataka Open University in the year 2015.Presently he is Professor and
Head and Post graduate teacher in Department of Periodontology, vananchal
dental college and hospital,Garhwa, India. He is also a PhD guide in Pacific
University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Besides being actively involved in
academics, he has numerous national and international publications in indexed
journals to his credit and has delivered guest lectures in national and
international conferences. He had been actively involved in organizing CDE
programmes and various National conferences. He has been awarded the best
publisher award for the Tamil poem ‘Unnai arindal’ from chief Minister of
Tamilnadu, India in 2001. He had been elected and worked as Executive Committee
Member in Indian Society of Periodontology in the year 2016-2017.He is the
author of the book gingival epithelium published by lambert publications and
published in the hands of Mr.Prasanna I.A.S who is the health secretary of
Chhattisgarh, India. Presently he is the editorial board member of
international journal of innovations in dental sciences,journal of orthodontics
and craniofacial research, abstract review board member of dental science and
dentistry and advisory board member in Acta scientific dental sciences journal.
