I am Dr. Manjusha Ganesh rao Patil, a highly accomplished professional in Veterinary and Animal Sciences, specializing in Animal Reproduction. My academic journey is marked by consistent distinction, holding a Ph.D. and M.V.Sc. in Animal Reproduction from the Maharashtra Animal & Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Nagpur, complementing my foundation with a B.V.Sc. & A.H. I have a profound interest in advancing reproductive health and technology in livestock, evidenced by my in-depth research on topics such as the "Efficacy of Prostaglandin Analogue on Induction of Estrus and Ovarian Follicular Dynamics in crossbred cows" and the "Seminal Attributes, Preservation And Fertilizing Ability Of Refrigerated And Cryopreserved Semen Of Berari Bucks." This strong theoretical and research background is the bedrock of my career.

My professional experience spans over 16 years, predominantly focusing on Teaching, Research, and Extension within MAFSU-affiliated institutions. Beginning my career with hands-on clinical and technical roles, I progressed through key positions, including Subject Matter Specialist and Hospital Registrar, and currently serve as an Assistant Professor in Animal Reproduction at the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Parbhani. In these roles, I have dedicated myself to educating the next generation of veterinary professionals, conducting vital research, and providing technical assistance to farmers, thereby bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application in the field of livestock breeding and management.

I am committed to scholarly output and the dissemination of knowledge, reflected in my significant publication record, which includes 45 full-length articles, numerous research abstracts, and the co-authorship of books like "Prajnanskham Godhan." My dedication to the field has been recognized through multiple prestigious honors, notably the Best Veterinarian Award - 2020 and the Best Thesis Award for my Ph.D. research. A life member of several esteemed professional societies, I am actively engaged in the veterinary community and am proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English. I look forward to leveraging my expertise and passion for Animal Reproduction to contribute significantly to future challenges and advancements in the sector.
