Dr. Prerna Agarwal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology at the Government Institute of Medical Sciences in Greater Noida. She holds an MBBS and an MD in Physiology from B. J. Medical College, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, and has accrued over eleven years of experience post-MD, focusing on Medical Education and Physiology research. Her research covers the physiological impacts of lifestyle disorders, contributing valuable insights to the understanding of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Her work is well-published, with over 25 articles in indexed international and national journals, addressing both clinical and educational topics. Her significant academic contributions include leading research projects on the development of an Assessment cum Feedback Checklist for essay-type questions, aiming to improve formative assessments in medical education.
