Introduction

Dr. Anu Gauba is a highly qualified Ph.D. Nursing professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in Nursing Education, Administration, and Curriculum Development, primarily targeting Professor or Principal Administrator roles in Nursing Colleges or Research Institutes within the Delhi NCR region. Her expertise spans teaching, general administration, auditing facilities, and creating and implementing formal training and evaluation programs. Academically, she holds a Ph.D. in Nursing (2020), a Master’s in Nursing in Preventive & Social Medicine (2014), and a Post-Graduation Diploma in Preventive & Social Medicine where she ranked top in Punjab University. Dr. Gauba has notable contributions in public health, including implementing NABH standards in a Primary Health Centre (PHC), acting as an Evaluator/Academic Counsellor for IGNOU, and serving as a Trainer with GFATM (INC & NACO project).
