Introduction


Dr. Anish Gupta is a renowned cardiac surgeon specializing in pediatric cardiac and aortic surgery. As Associate Professor in the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) at AIIMS Rishikesh, Dr. Gupta has established himself as a leader in the field, with a strong commitment to advancing cardiac care.Dr. Gupta's achievements are notable, having pioneered the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery and Aortic Surgery Program at AIIMS Rishikesh. He has successfully performed over 500 congenital heart surgeries, demonstrating exceptional surgical expertise. His academic contributions include over 70 indexed national and international publications, and he has been invited as a speaker at multiple conferences.Dr. Gupta's outstanding performance has been recognized with the prestigious C. S. Sadasivam Gold Medal for standing first in DNB CTVS in 2017-18. He holds multiple esteemed certifications, including MCh – CTVS (AIIMS, New Delhi), DNB (Gold Medalist), MEBCTS (Cardiac), FEBCTS (Congenital), FACS (2024), and FCCE (2024), underscoring his commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
