I am Dr. Anamika Chauhan,
currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Home Science
at Chaman Lal Mahavidyalaya, Landhaura, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. With a strong
academic background that includes a Ph.D., UGC-NET, USET, M.Phil., M.Ed., B.Ed.,
and multiple postgraduate degrees in English, Sociology, and Home Science, I
have developed a multidisciplinary perspective in teaching and research. I
bring over seven years of teaching experience and nine years of research
experience, with a keen interest in nutrition, public health, gender studies,
and sustainable food systems. My research work has been widely published in
reputed national and international journals, including UGC CARE and
Scopus-indexed platforms. I have also contributed to numerous books and book
chapters, focusing on themes such as human health, nutraceuticals, education
policy, and women’s empowerment.
