Dr. Amit Kumar Maurya has completed his M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology from Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faizabad, and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from SHUATS, Prayagraj. He qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2018 and is currently serving as Assistant Professor at the College of Agriculture Sciences, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, U.P., India. Dr. Maurya has over 11 years of research experience in mushroom cultivation, field crops, and disease management. He has authored 10 books, 25 research papers, 82 popular articles (Hindi and English), and 35 book chapters. He has delivered five radio talks and serves as the editor of the Hindi magazine Grameen Vikas Sandesh. He has received Peer Reviewer Recognition from reputed journals such as Springer, Springer Nature, and Taylor & Francis, along with six academic honours from various institutions.
