Peer reviewers can ask the authors to re-review the revised manuscript and point-by-point responses to their comments. After the re-review, the peer reviewer must ensure that all questions raised in the initial peer review report have been dealt with and, if necessary, amended appropriately by the author. The peer reviewers should assess the manuscript again using the above guidelines and provide revised recommendations.
