 Work-life balance of BPO & hospitality sector are of big question, Work-life balance comes from being healthy, so when people come to work, it is important that they are healthy. Stress, burnout, work- family conflicts are common. One of the consequences of poor work-life balance in the initial stages is low satisfaction and when these parameters are not fulfilled, the employees develop feeling of frustration & this lead to the imbalance in their personnel & professional life., Thus this study focus on the Impact of poor Work Life and the strategies.,that can be adopted for good family life Balance

Among all the threats India faces, unemployment is one of the cruel threats which pose a serious threats to the normality of the Indian social and political structure. Among the unemployed, in the rural areas 40 to 50 percent are youth and in urban areas it is 58 to 60 percent. This can only be averted by ensuring employability of the youth by training them adequately for productive work, by imparting them marketable skills and the flexibility to learn new things to innovate, and by inculcating in them a proper work ethic. Many strategies have been formulated by the government, however this paper insists some essential strategies such as Vocational Guidance and Education, Apprenticeship Scheme, Training of Craftsmen, Role of Employers’ Organisations and Trade Unions, Role of Legislation, Prime Minister’s Scheme for Unemployed Urban Youth, Training of Rural Youth for Self-Employment (TRYSEM), Special Schemes of State Governments, and some other Special Employment Schemes. The extent to which the youth avail these schemes ensure the effective organization and implementation of those schemes.

Higher education is one of the complex systems of the whole process of education which facilitate teaching, research, extension, and understanding. Quality in higher education means the educational process is such that it ensures students achieve their goals and thereby satisfies the needs of the society and help in national development. Higher education imparts in-depth knowledge and understanding so as to advance the students to new frontiers of knowledge in different walks of life. The ‘quality’ of Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) is a major concern: for actual and potential students, for government, for industry and for the staff of the HEIs themselves. Therefore the question arises automatically-Assessment and accreditation Focus on Quality sustenance and quality enhancement; promote the culture of self-appraisal and self-evaluation; create a climate conducive for healthy competition among higher education institutions to pursue quality; help institutions to carry out their strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis, and in making their programmes more attractive to the students and to their potential employers and so on which will be discussed in the paper.

The article deals with the concept and rising of computer crimes in India. It provides certain key points to distinguish and differentiate the Cyber Crime with the conventional Crime. It highlights how Cyber Crime takes place? Further discusses the E-mail related crimes and Computer Fraud. It discusses in detail about the provisions in Cyber Law in context with Computer Related Offences such as Penalty and Compensation for damage to computer, computer system, etc.; Compensation for failure to protect data; Tampering with Computer Source Documents and some others. It highlights and suggests for Prevention of Cyber Crime. While highlighting the efforts made by government, various offices for help with an example of Pune are given. The article concludes with an urge to fight cyber crime.

India economy, the third largest economy in the world, in terms of purchasing power, is going to touch new heights in coming years. As predicted by Goldman Sachs, the Global Investment Bank, by 2035 India would be the third largest economy of the world just after US and China. It will grow to 60% of size of the US economy. This booming economy of today has to pass through many phases before it can achieve the current milestone of 9% GDP. Trade liberalization, financial liberalization, tax reforms and opening up to foreign investments were some of the important steps, which helped Indian economy to gain momentum. Textile manufacturing is the second largest source for employment after agriculture and accounts for 26% of manufacturing output. The main objective of this research paper is to analyze the trend of macroeconomic indicators of the Indian economy and also to make a comparative study of the central and state deficits in public finance.
