Introduction: During pregnancy the body undergoes various anatomical and physiological changes. A caesarean section is necessary when a vaginal delivery is not possible. Worldwide, the number of babies born through caesarean section has nearly increased two fold from 2000 to 2015 - from 12% to 21%. Discomfort and issues faced by mothers after Caesarean section are different from one woman to another. Pain is one of the major discomforts which make the mothers to develop negative feelings towards delivery process. Almost one-fourth of patients’ who had undergone caesarean section experienced postoperative discomfort accompanying pain. Numerous methods are used to decrease post caesarean section discomfort. There are some simple, effective, inexpensive methods to reduce post caesarean section discomfort and they are the non-pharmacological methods. One of them are Benson’s relaxation therapy that midwives can help post caesarean section mothers in lessening the discomforts by utilizing nonpharmacological measures. Methodology: Researchers employed the use of electronic database which included MEDLINE, Pubmed, CINHAL, Google Scholar & ProQuest for obtaining literatures related to the effect of Benson’s relaxation therapy on post caesarean section associated pain and stress. Result: This narrative review shows that Benson’s relaxation therapy, a non pharmacological measure, can aid the body to gain a sense of relaxation and comfort. It is an intervention which has found to be effective in reducing pain and associated stress and also promote a good sleep.Conclusion: Benson’s relaxation therapy can be used as an inexpensive and convenient technique to promote relaxation and can be incorporated as a routine interventions among post caesarean section mothers to relieve pain and stress.

Introduction: The close dermal contact between labouring woman and her newborn baby is a part of baby rising that may simpler and free from complication to a few, however its viewed as unique practice to mothers. There are some investigation indicated that this contact diminishes length of 3rd phase of labour and start of bosom breastfeeding. Thus, researcher needs to differentiate confirmation that early SSC
helpful for lessening the length of delivery of placenta and origin of bosom breastfeeding. Methodology: As a nurse Investigator used various resources of research studies in online related to this research like Research gate, ProQuest and CINHAL. Result: After finding nursing article related to study found that early SSC helps in reducing time period of 3rd stage of delivery and begin of breast feeding. The present of this practice also preventing hypothermia in neonates; reduce maternal pain during episiotomy repair and possibility of immediate post-partum haemorrhage. Conclusion: The final conclusion of many supported literature review investigator conclude that only few study help the research problem. However on the other side some study findings review of literature that early SSC easily applicable and efficient for reducing the timely expulsion of placenta and help in boosting effect of breastfeeding.

Maternal and child health is one of the major components of global health. Health disorders during
gestation may leads to various disease conditions in mother and fetus. Hypertension during pregnancy can
develop Preeclampsia and eclampsia in later stages of gestation. Incidence of preeclampsia is comparatively
higher in developing countries. In India, incidence of preeclampsia ranges between 2–10%. Prevalence
of preeclampsia is more common among rural women compare to urban women. Increased blood
pressure during gestation can affect the maternal and fetal outcomes of the pregnancy. Prompt actions
like medication, lifestyle modification, exercises and dietary changes are needed to control the disease
condition. Magnesium sulphate has significant effect on eclampsia management. It is necessary to reduce
the prevalence of preeclampsia among the pregnant women. Preeclampsia can increase the morbidity and
mortality among Mother and their fetus. Early diagnosis and management of the maternal hypertension
and eclampsia is needed to reduce the disease burden.

The impact of choice and control on women’s child birth experiences depend on a woman and her care providers because deliverystrategy normally include data such as wherever a woman want to plan for delivery, birth attend by who and what types of medical treatment and pain relieve who will appear a delivery will be used. If expectations are not met, it affects the birth experience. The aim of this review is to more appreciate the complete role of control and choice of women’s labourskills. There are many factors include to women’s arrogance toward their delivery experience. The greatest protruding issues include
decision making choice, control, community support, and pain control efficacy. Choices and control may be internal and external processes which impact women’s birth experiences. Internal may be to control women emotional state and pain expression and external may be on other hand, which refers to women’s ability in decision making related to her birth include medical intervention, type of support and sources and where and how to give birth. If these criteria are fulfilled associated with positive experience and lacking of these indicate negative experience.
