Theaim of good management is to provide services to the community in an appropriate, efficient, equitable, and sustainable manner. This can only be achieved if key resources for service provision, including human resources, finances, hardware and process aspects of care delivery are brought together at the point of service delivery and are carefully synchronized. A nuchal scan or nuchal translucency (NT) scan/procedure is a sonographic prenatal screening scan (ultrasound) to detect cardiovascular abnormalities in a fetus, though altered extracellular matrix composition and limited lymphatic drainage can also be detected. Since chromosomal abnormalities can result in impaired cardiovascular development, a nuchal translucency scan is used as a screening, rather than diagnostic, tool for conditions such as Down syndrome

Basal body temperature (BBT) is the lowest body temperature in a 24-hour period. It is a predictable pattern to the menstrual cycle that will allow the women to estimate when they ovulate. Basal body temperature can be used as a way to predict fertility or as a part of a method of contraception, by helping the best days to have or avoid unprotected sex.

A study was conducted to assess the knowledge regarding ovarian disease among 4th year B.Sc (N) students at K.L.E’s Institute Of Nursing Sciences, Hubballi. Thirty (30) students were selected by non probability; convenient sampling technique. The knowledge was assessed by using structured knowledge questionnaire. The study results revealed that 04 (13.33%) of the students had good knowledge, 22 (73.33%) students had average knowledge and only 04 (13.33%) of the students had the poor knowledge about the ovarian disease.
