Context: Nomo-phobia or No- Mobile Phone Phobia is described as a psychological condition when people have a fear of being detached from mobile phone connectivity. The burden of this problem is now increasing globally. Aim: The aim of the study is to assess the level of knowledge and level of Nomo-phobia among adolescent students. Setting and Design: Research design for study was Quasi experimental-pre-test and post-test control group design. Methods and Material: The samples of 60 adolescent students were selected to collect data by convenient sampling technique. The tool for data collection were demographic variables, Nomo-Phobia rating scale and structured knowledge Questionnaire regarding Nomo-phobia. Statistical analysis used: The collected data were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted by using descriptive and inferential method. Results: The findings of the study have shown that in experimental group majority in pre-test 16(53.3%) had moderate Nomo-phobia where as in post-test majority 21(70%) had mild Nomo-phobia. Moreover, in control group findings showed that majority 18(6%) and 20(66.7%) had moderate Nomo-phobia in pre-test as well as in post-test respectively. About knowledge level, in experimental group during pre-test majority (66.7%) had average knowledge while in post-test majority (73.3%) had good knowledge regarding Nomo-phobia. Results in control group showed that during pre-test majority (56.7%) had average knowledge and in post-test majority (63.3%) had average knowledge regarding Nomo-phobia. Conclusion: Findings concluded that structured teaching program was very effective in reducing level of Nomo-phobia and improving knowledge regarding Nomo-phobia among adolescents.

Context: Study can help in identifying gaps in care and areas needing improvement, leading to better overall patient management. The findings may inform policymakers and healthcare administrators about the needs and challenges faced by patients in psychotherapy settings. Aim: The current study aimed to identify Bio-Psycho-Social Problems among the patient’s undergoing psychotherapy of selected rehabilitation centers. Methodology: A quantitative technique and descriptive survey design were utilized, with Rosenstock's Health Belief Model serving as the conceptual underpinning for the study. A sample of 50 patients was chosen using a non-probability convenient sampling technique. Statistical analysis used: The structured questionnaire technique was employed to evaluate the psycho-social issues. The findings were elucidated through the utilization of descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study result reveal that, with regard to psycho social problems, the mean score of subjects was 37.08 with Standard deviation of ±16.55, median of 34 and a range of 15-64 as against possible range of 00-75. Majority 20(40%) of subjects were had moderate nature of problems, 16(32%) of subjects were had mild nature of problems and remaining 14(28%) of subjects were had severe nature of psycho-social problems. The computed Chi-square value for association the psychosocial problems of patient undergoing psychotherapy is significantly associated with their age and occupation at 0.05 levels. Conclusion: Insights gained from this study can be used to develop training programs for healthcare professionals.

Context: Burnout in nurses is prevalent in healthcare, and it can lead to serious consequences. When the stress of the job causes physical, mental, and emotional fatigue, this phenomenon is called nurse burnout. The majority of nursing professionals experience nurse burnout at some point in their careers. Aim: The present study focused to assess the perceived burnout level among staff nurses working in Guru Nanak Dev Hospital at Amritsar. Setting and Design: A descriptive study design was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study. Methods and Material: A sample of 30 staff nurses were selected for the study by using purposive sampling technique. The tool consists of demographic variables and Copenhagen burnout inventory which include personal burnout, client burnout and work-related burnout. Statistical analysis used: The data collected were organized and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The result showed that majority 20(66.7%) of staff nurses had mild burnout and some of them 10(33.3%) had moderate burnout. Majority of staff nurses had experienced greater extent of personal burnout (46.94) and work burnout (41.42) followed by client burnout (38.94). Conclusion: The study concluded that most of the nurses had personal and work-related burnout which affected their quality of life. This research study helps to find suitable interventions and coping strategies to reduce burnout and to provide healthy work environment to staff nurses.

Rural Health is one of the vital elements of global health. India being a nation of villages requires an intensive approach towards rural health. Significant challenges are being faced in obtaining timely and proper medical diagnoses, which can negatively impact their health outcomes. Diagnostic gaps and limited access to healthcare in rural communities lead to consequences such as delayed diagnosis, and increased risk for disease, which impacts their lifestyle and Quality of life. Various schemes and policies have been formulated by the Government of India, aiming to bridge the diagnostic divide through leveraging advancements in telehealth and mobile diagnostics, investing in healthcare, workforce development, and empowering rural communities through education and engagement. Hence, all medical and paramedical professionals have a responsibility to ensure equitable access to quality healthcare for all. Hence, healthcare workers can take steps to create awareness regarding facilities implemented by the Government and its benefits is need an hour.
