Crouzon syndrome is a rare-case found in children resulted from genetic disorder. It is characterized by premature closure of cranial sutures, most commonly coronal and sagittal, that is the most common
cause of skull abnormality. Common characteristics are vision problem resulted from exophthalmos, beaked nose and underdeveloped upper jaw. In worldwide it occurs in approximately 1 in 25000 births.1
It is the most common syndrome of craniosynostosis group. Crouzon syndrome is caused bymutationin the extracellular immunoglobulin III domain of the Fibroblast Growth Receptors 2 (FGFR2) gene.
In this type of syndrome there is no hand and/or foot abnormality that makes it different from other craniosyntosis syndrome. 2 The only effective treatment is multiple staged surgeries. Here presented a case
study on a 2 year old boy with Crouzon syndrome.

Peripheral micro-circulation in lower extremities is compromised in diabetic clients. This state leads to the development of lower extremity ulcers, infection, gangrene, amputation, anxiety and depression in the client as a complication of the event. The consequences can be prevented by implementation of Buerger Allen Exercise along with regular assessment of skin perfusion pressure to improve peripheral circulation in the microvasculature. This exercise and assessment of SPP (Skin perfusion pressure) can be used by the physicians, nurses, physiotherapist and other health care practitioners.

Background: Every individual prefers different learning styles and techniques. Everyone has a mix of learning styles. Some people may find that they have a dominant style of learning, with far less use of the
other styles. Others may find that they use different styles in different circumstances. There is no right mix. Nor or anybody’s styles fixed. Objectives: To determine different learning styles among the nursing
students. Methodology: A descriptive survey was under taken among the 35 under graduate nursing students at Yash foundations college of Nursing, Ratnagiri, Maharastra. Non probability convenient sampling technique was used to draw the samples. Modified VARK learning style assessment scale was used to collect the data. Descriptive statistics is used for the analysis of results. Results: The findings of the present study reveal that, students use different learning styles according to their knowledge, preferences and sources available with them. Students have not given any one style more preferable than other styles and they use all the learning styles according to situations and their learning needs. Conclusion: Knowledge about students learning needs and preferences is importance task of any teacher and it helps to prepare the learning content for the students to reach them very easily.

Background: Artificial nutrition for terminally ill patients especially cancer patients, often are made in highly charged situations in which the decision-makers are concomitantly trying to cope with multiple
losses and grief. Apart from routine teaching, A structured teaching program might be necessary and might be most effective for third year BSc Nursing students to make them understand the multi
dimensional aspects of the situation. Research Hypothesis: There is a significant difference in the level of knowledge regarding artificial nutrition for terminally ill cancer patients among third year B Sc Nursing
students before and after structured teaching program. Methodology: Research approach adopted for the study was evaluative approach. Research design was pre-experimental (one group pre-test post-test). The study was conducted at Vidya Kirana Institute of Nursing Sciences with 50 third year B. Sc(N) students as participants. Non probability convenient sampling technique was used to select the samples. The
instrument developed and used for data collection was structured questionnaire. Results: 1. There was significance difference between Pre-test (46%) and Post-test (82%) knowledge Score 2. There was positive correlation between the pre-test and post-test level of knowledge i.e. 0.27. 3. There was no association between the pre-test levels of knowledge and demographic variables except age. Conclusion: The study concludes that the STP (Structured Teaching Program) was effective inenhancing the levels of knowledge of third year B.Sc. Nursing students regarding artificial nutrition for terminally ill cancer patients.

Nosocomial infections represents a universally serious health problem and a major concern for the safety of both patients and the health care providers. NIs has significant consequences on patients, their families, and the community as a whole. Nurses’ are responsible for providing medications, dressing, sterilization, and disinfection. They are involved in more contact with patients than other health care workers (HCWs). Accordingly, they should be aware of how to prevent transmission of NIs and be knowledgeable of its potential riskto patients, otherstaff, and asvisitors. A descriptive study design was used in this study. A non-probability (purposive) sampling technique was used to select the study participants. A total of 85 student nurses of Final year of GNM, B.Sc. Nursing participated in this study and responded to the study questionnaire. The 30 items related to knowledge were assessed and 1 Score was given for each correct response. A score of less than half of the total was grouped as poor, 51–80% fair, and 81%and above was grouped as good. The outcome was decided as significance at the level of 0.05. The results of the current study showed that the majority (87%) of the participants had a fair level of mindfulness on the different Nosocomial infection preventive measures. However, poor level of knowledge was showed by 9%, and only 4% had good level of knowledge on the different Nosocomial Infections’ preventive measures. The results highlighted the necessity to implement an in-service training on infection control measures with more focusing on safe injection awareness and safe linen handling because student nurses had poor knowledge in these two aspects.

Neonate refers to an infant in the first 28 days after birth. New born infants usually are considered to be tiny and power less; completely dependent on others for life. 3 As soon as the newborn is expelled from
the birth canal, its central nervous system reacts to the sudden change in temperature and environment. Newborns come from a warm environment to the cold and fluctuating temperatures of this world. They
are naked, wet, and have a large surface area to mass ratio, with variable amounts of insulation limited metabolic reserves, and a decreased ability to shiver. Keeping this in view a study was conducted on knowledge regarding thermoregulation of neonate among mothers. Pre experimental design was used and The sample consisted of 60 mothers of selected rural areas. Sampling technique used was nonprobability convenient sampling. Self structured questionarrie tools was used. The tabulated value for n = 60–1 i.e. 59 degrees of freedom was 1.98. The calculated ‘t’ value was 21.01 respectively for the overall
knowledge regarding thermoregulation. The calculated ‘t’ value are much higher than the tabulated value at 5% level of significance which is statistically acceptable level of significance.
