Women will be an inherent part of the Indian workforce. Enormous potential in rural areas in women, who can be given right help and they can thereby contribute to the development of self as well as the country. This paper attempts to find the key corporate social responsibility initiatives directed at rural women so as to understand the role corporate industry is playing in empowering women in the rural areas. It also attempts to explore the majorchallenges faced by the corporate industry in the area of women empowerment in rural areas and lastly suggest
certain measures for the corporate industry.

The end of the cold war and the disintegration of the USSR transformed the entire fabric of post-second world war security arrangements in Asia. In this backdrop, South Asia emerged as one of the most challenging regions for Russia from the point of view traditional security. Since Russia has traditionally maintained good relations with the other states of South Asia and they do not pose any direct challenge to Russia’s vital national interests, the analysis in this article has been restricted to the dominant players in South Asia – India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. The
influence, role and interests of outside powers, especially China and the United States, have also been taken into account when dealing with Russia’s South Asia policy.

This paper will look the Islam, Politics and law as an encapsulated entity of Islamic faith of religion in the West.This paper will also search for the root of Islam in the West, which was flourished long back, but later it was uprooted in the mid fifteen century from the landscape of the West. The paper will also search the reason and issues of reemerging the religion of Islam in the West since the last three decades despite an increase of Islamophobic incidents. Politics is part and parcel of Islam, which is visible in the West countries. In the Western political setup, the law has
been working sturdily and very strict to control any unrest, violence in the name of religion and haltered. The core debate here is whether the politics and law are having close relations with Islam in the West. The new emerging trend in the West is Muslims become more vocal towards Islam and their rights and partly protected in the West.
In Western society, law and politics work separately, but despite the different narratives, they ban Hijab, Burkini, Azaan and issue of ban of Minarets on Mosque by the Swiss government exposed their religious intolerance as well. The most important is law, which shaped in the ambit of Islam in Western Christian majoritarian society, and it still
exists appropriately.

The Right to a Healthy environment though it is not a guaranteed right under the Constitution but has been accepted as such by the judicial rulings as a part of Right to Life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution. Although the Indian Constitution has the unique distinction of being the only constitution having provisions for the protection of Environment, the fact is that so far it has remained a mirage with the result that the list of most polluted cities constitutes almost exclusively of cities from India. At the heart of the country, The National Capital
Territory of Delhi is symptomatic of the problems facing the country and has the dubious distinction of having the
worst polluted Air in the world. Unfortunately, despite tall talks and the various steps taken by the Courts and other regulatory bodies the
citizens of India, particularly belonging to the Capital Territory have been denied the basic human right of clean air which has led to a scenario where there is no end in sight to the air pollution and the ‘right to clean environment’ has remained a hollow right with no stakeholder appearing to be serious about the implementation of this right.
It has become an annual ritual in winters for the authorities concerned to blame other players for air pollution while they themselves are not serious about bringing about the changes required for better pollution control. As a result we have witnessed a lopsided policy which is obsessed with the vehicular pollution and pays very scant regard to the other major factors responsible for air pollution . This paper seeks to analyze the policy of air pollution and their drawbacks along with some possible issues which may help in bringing about a substantial reduction in the air pollution levels.
