Protection of environment is our legal, religious and moral duty. Protection of environment remains a concern from ages. India was most
environmental from the Sidhu-valley culture. The Buddhist philosophy
teaches preservation and promotion of natural resources specially trees.
Similarly, in the Jainism killing of animals and tree were not allowed. They believed that cutting tree is against the nature and also against the
principle of the Jainism even they believed protection of every creature
who is on the earth. Therefore, killing of animal and plants were strictly
prohibited. Even in the Hinduism, Sikhism, Christianity and Islam it is expected and believed that men must preserve maintain the balance
between nature and the natural resources and should not be destroy
at any cost. The paper will analyze the judicial approach towards
environmental jurisprudence starting from 1950 to the present time.
The author also provides an insight of NGT towards environmental
protection. The paper will also highlight the principles evolved by the
judiciary at the end of paper certain suggestions are also provided.

Domestic Violence has become a serious problem in Indian society
affecting adversely the rights and interest of women and their development. Despite of several efforts on the part of the legislator,
judiciary, women organization, Non-Governmental Organization etc. to
prevent this menace from exploiting Indian women, domestic violence
still exists and the number of subjection of women to domestic violence
in India is ever increasing. Historically, India is a rich country so far as
respecting women and her dignity is concern but in reality vey often women are subjected to different kinds of violence in India and this violence has hardly left any culture, religion, class, caste or society
untouched. This study has been undertaken to consider the nature
and limitations of the existing laws dealing with domestic violence in
India and critically analyze these provisions. This study further aims
to recommend suggestions for making the laws relating to domestic
violence more effective so that the laws can achieve the goal for which
they have been enacted.

Awarding legal personhood on purely synthetic entities is a very genuine possibility in future as human interface increases with the
machines it will consequently give rise to legal issues. Such legal
personhood may be the next big challenge for our legal systems; therefore there is a need to deal with the new forms of intricacy commenced by the Artificial intelligence (AI), Such as who will be held accountable for any criminal liability arising from the actions of AI. Because the reasoning is applied to these legal personhood is the same acknowledged for corporations and other nonhuman entities including AIs. It is argued that AI legal personhood may have some emotional or economic appeal and many superficially desirable hazards against which law guards us. Therefore, our legal system needs to be prepared for these upcoming challenges. In this order here is an appraisal of the concept, utility and history of legal fictions of personhood by exploring other aspects of such Artificial intelligence entities which may result in abuse or incoherence by its creators.

At present we are passing through a transitional period, our social values are changing and new challenges in all walks of life are emerging rapidly. It is frequently evident that in all the communities throughout the world matrimonial disputes are ever at the top. Although in all the legal systems several provisions have been made for preventing disputes and providing a way for the resolution of Matrimonial Disputes. But with emerging conflicts among family members, matrimonial disputes are rising day by day and becoming difficult to resolve. The Holy Quran, the final book of divine guidance for humanity, revealed by Allah (God) to His Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) provides a full range of laws for the resolution of all kind of disputes either public or private. Almost, its eighty verses deal with family matters and provide clear rules and guidelines for the peaceful resolution of matrimonial disputes. Islamic law derived from the Holy Quran and Hadiths leads to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) System for the resolution of Matrimonial Disputes. Under Islamic law, civil and petty criminal disputes are strongly recommended to be settled through Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, Arbitration, which are the tools of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This paper finds, Alternative Dispute Resolution system may lead to a better, faster, and less expensive resolution of disputes than other traditional systems of resolution. The objective of this paper is to explore and analyse Islamic law on Alternative Dispute Resolution System, its implications on modern Alternative Dispute Resolution system and to find out the effective solution of matrimonial disputes with the help of Islamic law on Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques. It is a qualitative research based on secondary data; basically, The Quran and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad are consulted.
