The ability of clinical practitioners to produce and maintain good dental records is essential for good quality patient care as well as being a legal obligation. Dentist have a role to play in keeping accurate dental records and providing all important information so that legal authorities may recognize malpractice, negligence, abuse and identification of victim’s.

Cases of condylar agenesis as such are rare and present a multipronged problem involvingdevelopment, growth and aesthetic of face as well as occlusal and dentition development problems. In the absence of any long term study and shortage of subject material, management protocol of problems associated with agenesis of condyle vary from institute to institute and there is no internationally accepted protocol for same. We are presenting a case of unilateral condylar agenesis with severe malocclusion along with its unique orthosurgical management that has never been published before. We propose to have future studies based upon our experience in this case so as to fine tune processand refine proposed treatment plan to manage adult case of unilateral condylar agenesis. Subject in discussion is a 17 year old boy with agenesis of left condyle and perfectly normal right side condyle resulting in deviation towards left side of face. Case was managed by right side vertical ramal osteotomy with advancing genioplasty along with orthodontic treatment concurrently.

Vascular anomalies comprise a widely heterogeneous group of tumors and malformations. Haemangioma is the most common benign tumor of vascular origin of the head and neck region. However, it is not a common pathologic entity in the oral cavity. The possible sites of occurrence in oral cavity are lips, tongue, buccal mucosa and palate. It is probably developmental rather than neoplastic in origin. Despite its benign origin and behaviour, it is always of clinical importance to the dental profession and requires appropriate management. This case report presents a rare case of capillary haemangioma on the palatal gingiva in a 14-year old female.

Forensic odontology is specialized branch of dentistry which deals with the study of application of dentistry in forensic as well as legally. Curriculum guidelines for this subject. Two levels of education are outlined; introductory courses are designed to provide general information on forensic dentistry, advanced courses provide a basic level of education with didactic, laboratory, and other exercises applied dentistry, case study to be satisfactorily completed.

The problem of stem cells are not so different from that of cloning. For about two decades, the biomedical community, political groups and bioethical have been very active regarding problem of stem cells as they had been in the past with regard to cloning. This paper focuses on various conflicts between the scientific, financial, and ethical aspects of this debate.
