The giant umbilical cord is a rare malformation of the umbilical cord that can easily be diagnosed on prenatalscans and is unmistakable postnatall that requires usually surgical repair here by we are reporting the a case reportto highlight issues of this rare finding.

A male patient aged 41yrs visited OPD with chief complaints of low back pain, increased stiffness and associatedwith constipation since 3yrs. Past history revealed congenital deformity of short right leg and flat feet. The patienthad low back pain since 18 years for which surgery was advised, aggravated since 3 yrs. Radiological assay (MRI)
revealed postero central disc protrusion at L4-L5, diffuse disc bulge at L2-S1 level causing compression on anterior thecal sac. The case diagnosed as katigraha (Lumbar spondylosis) and treated with anulomana (normalising the movement of vata), Tiktaksheera basti (type of therapeutic enema), external Sthanika Abhyanga (local oleation) and
Patrapinda sweda (type of sudation therapies). These measures resulted in significant relief of 75% in pain, stiffness and numbness even on prolong sitting. Patient had follow-up of 3 months and presented with further improvement in the condition.

The asymmetric faces due to congenital Hypoplasia of the Depressor Anguli Oris Muscle (DAOM) should belooked for because these infants have additional associated anomalies in over 20%of cases. During crying, angle of mouth and mandible are pulled down with flattening of the nasolabial fold on the normal side due to unopposed action of DAOM. Cardiovascular anomalies and congenital dislocation of hips are most commonly associated.We conclude in this case as we know there may be any congenital anomalies are found but in this child there is congenital anomalies were found in cardiac i.e. having PDA of 4mm and Left to right Shunt. No treatment is required because the asymmetry is not noticeable in a grown up child.

Background: Everyone experiences some degree of turbinate dysfunction at some point in their lifetime. Nasalcongestion is the most common symptom associated with turbinate dysfunction. In Ayurveda it is explained under the heading of nasal diseases, as Nasanaha, which is characterized by nasal obstruction. A topical treatment explained
in Ayurveda, known as shirovirechana, which is a minimal invasive and precise procedure for thisailment, tried to overcome from this problem.

Method: A case report of 26-year-old female who presented with complaints of frequent nasal congestion,sneezing, discomfort in nose, and headache since 3 years; and diagnosed as turbinate dysfunction. The patient was treated with shiro virechana and internal medication for 4 months. Results: The treatment was effective and no
recurrence was noticed in the follow up. Conclusion: Clinical observation has shown effectiveness of shiro virechana along with internal medication in the management of turbinate dysfunction.

The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by a novel severe acute respiratory syndromecoronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), it outbreaks in the city of wuhan, Hubei Province, Central China. According toresearchers and doctors this COVID-19 is mainly attacks respiratory system then gradually destroys immunity system. There is no clinically ratified medicine for this COVID-19. So, every government of their states and countries using many platforms to bring awareness for every individual about this pandemic and taking particular measures
like lockdown and social distancing to break this chain. But it is still spreading widely throughout the world, about 213 countries, there are fourteen million people were affected with this virus among them more than six lakhs people lost their lives to till date. In this review our aim to provide yogic methods like kriyas, pranayama, Asanas and meditation to improve immunity system and to be preparedness for this pandemicsituation.In this yogic methods we focused on the techniques which regulates the lung vital function, increase of oxygen levels in
the blood, elastic recoil of the lungs, prevent persistent infections like sinusitis, shortness of breath, bronchitis, nasal allergies, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and ventilate the whole lungs and also to regulate the endocrine system which plays major role in harmonizing our body emotionally, which leads to proper functioning
of every system in our body. This will guide every individual to practice yoga regularly to balance stress and to improve immunity against this COVID-19 pandemic.

Eclipta prostrata is a perineal weedy plant grown in wet lands in Sri Lanka. (Sanskrit name– Bringaraja, Sinhala name– Keekirindiya). This is a well-known medicinal plant used in Ayurveda as well as Sri Lankan Indigenous Medicine. Fresh juice of this whole plant is used as a home remedy for liver disorders. The objective of this study is to provide an overview of the chemical constituents present in the crude dried whole plant extract of Eclipta prostrata. Phytochemical screening of Eclipta prostrata was done by extracting the powder of whole plant with four different solvents; water,ethanol, hexane and ethyl acetate. Preliminary phytochemical screening revealed the presence of Carbohydrates, Aminoacids, Alkaloids, Tannis, Phenolic compounds, Terpenoids, Steroids, Flavanoids Cardiac glycosides, Saponins and Anthraquinone glycosides. Phytochemical analysis of Eclipta prostrata reveals absence of Resins. Presence of above phytochemicals may be responsible for the therapeutic effects of Eclipta prostrata on liver diseases. Finally, it is concluded that Eclipta prostrata plant contains medicinally important bioactive compounds and this finding justifies the ethnomedical use of this plant for various diseases of human.
